Access to RepuHero requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic billing on a recurring basis

7.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel. No charges will be made during the trial period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPUHERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepuHero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
